DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

These Digital Product Terms (“Terms”) apply to all digital products offered by Apex Wellness Group, including guides, programs, PDFs, downloads, templates, and any other non‑physical digital materials (“Digital Products”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Digital Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All Digital Products are delivered electronically and may include downloadable files, online materials, or access links. Because delivery is immediate, Digital Products are considered consumed upon purchase.

Digital Products do not include coaching, personalization, or direct support unless explicitly stated.

2. No Refunds

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a Digital Product has been accessed or downloaded.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Personal Use License

All Digital Products are for personal, individual use only. You may not:

  • distribute

  • reproduce

  • resell

  • upload publicly

  • or otherwise make the product available to others

without written permission from Apex Wellness Group.

Unauthorized distribution violates copyright law and may result in legal action.

  • treatment

  • physical therapy

  • individualized rehabilitation

5. No Coaching or Personalized Guidance

Unless explicitly stated, Digital Products do not include:

  • coaching

  • check‑ins

  • feedback

  • personalization

  • messaging access

  • or ongoing support

Purchasing a Digital Product does not create a coach–client relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products and related materials are the exclusive property of Apex Wellness Group. This includes:

  • text

  • graphics

  • frameworks

  • program structure

  • videos

  • PDFs

  • worksheets

  • and all associated content

You receive a limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the product for personal purposes only.

7. Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the Digital Product, including:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a device capable of opening PDFs or digital files

Apex Wellness Group is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s device.

8. Updates and Revisions

Apex Wellness Group may update or revise Digital Products at any time. Purchases do not guarantee access to future updates unless explicitly stated.
